Al-Khabeer is The One who knows the internal qualities and meanings of all things, The One who has perfect knowledge and understanding of the true reality of all things, The One who knows and understands the meaning of even the most hidden secrets, The One who know the inner truth of every condition and situation, The One who knows and understands secret requests and unspoken prayers and The One who knows and understands the real condition, the inner reality of everything.

There are numerous classical Arabic connotations of this Name such as to know, or be aware of the real inner nature of something, to have an understanding of the inner, intrinsic nature of something, to know the reality of something, to know the secret inner state of something and to prove, try, test by experience (resulting in inner knowledge).

This name is used in the Qur’an. Surah Al Haj, 22:63 – “Indeed, ALLAH is Subtle and Acquainted.”
